2. Description of Service
SecureBlueprint is a security architecture wizard that helps users document and review their security architecture decisions. The Service includes an AI-powered review feature that analyses architecture inputs and provides recommendations.
3. Licence Keys and Access
Access to the AI review feature requires a valid licence key. Licence keys are:
- Personal and non-transferable
- Subject to usage limits as described at the time of purchase
- Not to be shared with third parties
We reserve the right to revoke licence keys used in violation of these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
SecureBlueprint is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fee on a monthly basis
- Provide accurate billing information
- Notify us of any payment issues promptly
A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share or resell your licence key
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Input malicious content or attempt to manipulate the AI system
- Use the Service to generate reports intended to deceive or mislead
7. AI-Generated Content
The AI review feature provides recommendations based on the inputs you provide. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional security advice. You are responsible for validating all recommendations before implementing them in your environment.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store your architecture data between sessions. Client names and notes fields are excluded from AI processing.
9. Intellectual Property
SecureBlueprint and all associated content, branding, and technology remain the intellectual property of SecureBlueprint. Reports you generate using the Service are yours to use freely.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI recommendations will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureBlueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
