SecureBlueprint is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect minimal data to operate the Service:

• Licence key: Used to authenticate your access to the AI review feature. Not linked to personal identity.
• Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Email address: Collected at the point of purchase via Stripe, used to deliver your licence key.
• Usage data: We may track the number of AI reviews used per licence key for rate limiting purposes.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or store:

• Your architecture inputs or answers from the wizard
• Client names entered into the tool
• Notes or free-text fields from any step
• Generated reports or PDF downloads
• Browsing behaviour or cookies beyond basic analytics

The tool operates entirely in your browser. No wizard data is sent to our servers except what is explicitly submitted for AI review — and even then, client names and notes fields are stripped before processing.

4. AI Review Data

When you run an AI review, your structured architecture selections (dropdowns and multiselect fields) are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. The following are always excluded:

• Your client name
• All additional notes fields across every step

Anthropic processes this data subject to their own privacy policy. We recommend not including sensitive system names, internal URLs, or confidential details in any field.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data. You can view it at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and licence key for as long as your subscription is active plus a reasonable period thereafter for support purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data

8. Cookies and Analytics

We may use lightweight analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. This does not involve tracking cookies or personal data.
